About me
I am a mechanical engineer with a PhD in Civil Engineering. I work on numerical simulation — mainly CFD, finite element methods, and reduced-order modelling. My work focuses on making simulations faster and more useful: reduced-order models can reproduce the results of expensive simulations at a fraction of the cost, which matters when you need to explore many design variants or operating conditions.
I have worked on model reduction for offshore wind turbine simulations, urban water infrastructure modelling for the city of Lausanne, and spent several years developing simulation methods. I am based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and available for consulting and project-based work.
I did my Ph.D. in model reduction for Navier-Stokes equations. My thesis: Stabilized reduced order models for low speed flows
